The crossing remained closed as this lone loco came down the track from the station and then headed back down a different track. Notice how while heading towards us, it had the rear Pantograph drawing power. Then it came to a stop, lowered that one, and raised the other pantograph and drew power again and headed back down after the turnout switch had been activated to got down another track.

We still had to wait a little while and then this passenger train tugged by a WAG-5 Electric Loco came blasting down and sped past. (WAG-5 pulling a passenger train is not an uncommon occurrence in undulating terrains)
